VENUS UNICORN #32001

Sylvia never did like her name... so she changed it herself to "Venus." She is very sensitive about being mistaken for a FLH* and takes pains to keep her prominent gold horn brightly polished. She feels that it's unfair that they won't let her try on ladies hats at the department store... she only poked holes in a few of them. And she did appologize for breaking all of the overhead flourscent tubes at the pharmacy with her horn. And if people didn't want holes poked into their screen windows when a unicorn goes for a breath of fresh air, then they would make them out of stronger materials. Sylvia... uh, Venus is 12 inches tall.

#2818 URIEL UNICORN

A unicorn is a mythological creature often used in fantasy stories, picture book, and novels. Though the modern popular image of the unicorn is sometimes that of a horse differing only in the horn on its forehead, the traditional unicorn has a billy-goat beard, a lion's tail, and cloven hooves—these distinguish it from a horse. It has been observed that the unicorn is the only fabulous beast that does not seem to have been conceived out of human fears. In even the earliest references it is fierce yet good, selfless yet solitary, but always mysteriously beautiful. A unicorn could be captured only by unfair means, and it's single horn was said to neutralize poison. Our Unicorn Hand Puppet is 16 inches tall and may not have any of the magical qualities described but is indeed mysteriously beautiful!
